Wanichaya “Noem” Noiwangklang is Program Director at QB3, and is instrumental in developing our resources for bio entrepreneurs. She facilitates QB3 and Bakar Labs operations and assists in the precommercial mentorship program. Previously Noem served as Lab Director and Chief Administrator for the Schaffer Lab at UC Berkeley.
